Where are the pieces made?
In our Paris atelier. Every piece is finished by hand and numbered.
What are they made of?
A gloss polymer body, dense and heavy in the hand, with the gold line and the plaque applied in the atelier. They are made for the desk and the dressing table, and they stay where you put them.
How long does delivery take?
Pieces in stock ship within three working days. VAULT ONE and personalised pieces are made for you and ship within three weeks. France: 3 to 5 working days, or express in 1 to 2. European Union: 3 to 5 working days. Rest of the world: 3 to 7 working days by express courier. You receive a tracking link when your piece ships.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Delivery is free in France from €65, €14 in the European Union and €45 elsewhere. Outside the EU, import duties and taxes are paid on arrival.
Can I return a piece?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving it, unused and in its box. Write to us and we send you a return label. Personalised pieces, and pieces made to your request, cannot be returned.
Can I have a different colour, or my name on it?
Write to us. Some colours we make on request, and your initials, a name or a date can be engraved on the numbered plaque under the piece.
How do I look after it?
Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Keep it away from direct summer sun and from heat, such as a parked car in July.
Is it a good gift?
It is made to be one: numbered, in a black box sealed in gold, with a card. If you would like it sent directly to someone with a message, tell us at checkout.
