Terms of Sale
1. Seller
Seller: VAULT PARIS, Contact: contact@vaultparis.com.
2. Products and prices
Prices are in euros, including VAT where applicable, and exclude delivery, which is shown at checkout. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The sale is concluded when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse an order for a legitimate reason, such as a payment problem or an error in the listing, and will tell you.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout using the methods offered there. Your order is processed once payment is accepted.
5. Delivery
Each piece is sent from Paris in its gift box inside a protective mailer, insured and signed for. France: €7.99, delivered in 3 to 5 working days, or express in 1 to 2 working days for €10.99; free standard delivery from €65. European Union: €14, delivered in 3 to 5 working days. Rest of the world: €45 by express courier, delivered in 3 to 7 working days; import duties and taxes are not included and are paid by the customer on arrival. VAULT ONE and personalised pieces are made after your order and ship within three weeks; the delivery times above then apply. Risk passes to you when you receive the parcel. If we are late beyond the date we gave, you may contact us to resolve it as consumer law provides.
6. Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your order, without giving a reason, within 14 days of receiving it. Write to contact@vaultparis.com stating your decision and we will send you a return label. Return the piece unused and in its original box. We refund the full price, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your return, to the payment method you used.
This right does not apply to pieces personalised for you or made to your specification.
Model withdrawal form (optional): "To VAULT Paris, contact@vaultparis.com: I withdraw from my contract for the following piece: [piece, order number, date received, name, address]. Date: [date]."
7. Damage in transit
Every parcel is insured. If your piece arrives damaged, photograph the parcel and the piece and write to us within 48 hours. We will replace it or refund it.
8. Legal guarantees
As a consumer you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (two years from delivery) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects. These apply in addition to anything stated here. Please keep the piece away from direct summer sun and from heat such as a hot car, which can damage it. Damage from that or from misuse is not a lack of conformity.
9. Complaints and mediation
Write to contact@vaultparis.com; we answer within one working day, in French or English. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge: [NAME AND CONTACT OF YOUR CONSUMER MEDIATOR]. EU residents can also use the online dispute resolution platform of the European Commission.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
