VAULT Paris ("VAULT", "we", "us") operates this website. By using it you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. The purchase of products is governed by our Terms of Sale, our Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy.

2. Using the site
You may use this site for lawful, personal purposes only. To order, you must be at least 18. The information you give us when ordering must be accurate and complete.

3. Products and images
We take care to show our pieces accurately. Colours and finishes may look slightly different on your screen. Descriptions and prices may change; the price that applies to an order is the one shown when you place it.

4. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the name VAULT, our logos, texts, images and designs, belongs to VAULT or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.

5. Third-party links and tools
This site may link to websites or tools run by others. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Shopify
This site is powered by Shopify. Sales are made directly between you and VAULT. Shopify is not a party to your purchase and is not responsible for it.

7. Personal data
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Errors
If a price, description or availability is shown incorrectly, we may correct it. We will tell you before processing any order affected by a clear error, and you may then confirm or cancel it.

9. Prohibited uses
You may not use the site for anything unlawful, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, copy or collect its content by automated means, or use automated software or AI agents that do not identify themselves as such.

10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law, including the legal guarantees described in our Terms of Sale. Subject to that, we are not liable for interruptions of the site or for the content of third-party sites.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page applies from the date of publication. Orders already placed remain governed by the terms in force when they were placed.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
