Refund policy

Returns
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Write to contact@vaultparis.com, and we will send you a return label. Please return the piece unused and in its original box.

Refunds
We refund the full price of the order within 14 days of receiving your return, to the payment method you used.

Personalised and made-to-order pieces
Pieces personalised for you, and pieces made to your request, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged on arrival
Every parcel is insured. If your piece arrives damaged, photograph the parcel and the piece, and write to us within 48 hours. We will replace it or refund it.

Guarantee
Every piece carries the two-year legal guarantee of conformity that applies to consumer purchases in the European Union.
